TEAS 7 Science and Anatomy Review by Body System
Learn each body system as a connected process: structure, function, regulation and what changes when homeostasis is disrupted.
Study systems as connected processes
Avoid memorizing isolated organ names. For cardiovascular review, trace blood flow through chambers, valves, lungs and systemic circulation. For renal review, follow filtration, reabsorption and secretion through the nephron.
Use labeled diagrams to explain a process aloud. If you can predict what happens when one structure fails, you are practicing application rather than simple recall.
Include biology, chemistry and evidence
Pair anatomy with cell function, genetics, chemical bonding, acids and bases, and experimental design. Practice identifying variables, reading graphs and deciding whether evidence supports a conclusion.
A balanced study week alternates body systems with foundational science and ends with mixed questions that require you to choose the relevant concept.
